Flat Fee Score Guarantee
Test Prep Unlimited is the only GMAT tutoring company in the world to offer a flat-fee score guarantee!
When you ask any other GMAT tutoring company how much it will cost to get your score, you will not receive a definite answer. Period. The best you will get is an underestimate and a disclaimer that your results are not guaranteed.
Try it and see for yourself.
If you need certainty and would rather avoid gambling with your future, we're ready when you are.
Once you send us an Enhanced Score Report that is no more than one week old (along with your ESRs from all official GMAT tests you've taken) and complete a lesson with us, we'll quote a flat price for your full course *and* offer a score guarantee for our course.
Note:
-If you study diligently and aren't trying to cram too much GMAT in too little time, you should aim to attain a higher score than is guaranteed for a given package. We try to underpromise and overdeliver.
-If we are working only on Quant or only on Verbal, the price may be a bit less than the price to work on both.
If you find the commitment of a full Score-Guarantee package intimidating, you can split it over multiple packages. You can also start out with the traditional hourly a la carte option (no score guarantee), but remember: You'll only see the results you're after if you fully commit to your studies when you join our team. But no matter what you decide, don't delay moving forward, because you want your score as soon as possible. Contact us today.

“Why do we offer a flat fee score guarantee?”
- We have GMAT tutoring down to a science so well that we know how much effort it will take.
- If we lay all expectations down at the very beginning, you know exactly what is required of you and you don’t waste your time with uncertainty. Then we can better help you get the results you want.
- Hourly rates distort incentives and are a barrier to our teamwork. You want your GMAT score as quickly as possible, and we are the fastest in the world. But with hourly billing, the faster we work, the lower the number of hours and the less we get paid! Shouldn’t we be incentivized to help you get to your target score more quickly? Enter the fixed-cost, value-based pricing model. We charge a fixed amount based solely on your starting and target scores. Then you know that we are incentivized to get it done as quickly as possible, which is exactly what you want! Moreover, with hourly billing you may want to skip (in order to reduce tutoring cost) certain subjects we know are essential/important. Doing so is not good for your final score. With flat fee you know that if we want to cover something, it is for a reason and not to fill hours and earn more.
- If you commit to working with us, it makes your dedication to working toward your goal tangible, real, and obvious. For you, this anchors your studies to a routine. You’ve voluntarily put yourself in a situation where you are forced to either grow or waste a sizeable investment. For us, we know you are committed so that our effort to plan and update your curriculum will not be wasted. Often students are unsure if they really want to work hard on getting a stellar GMAT and they do not study consistently (a few days here, a week off, a week on, 2 weeks off etc.). This leads to suboptimal (or even zero!) score change and diverts the resources we would be devoting to committed students who want to excel.
A word on hourly vs fixed-cost pricing:
Hourly rates are not appropriate for most types of expertise, when one knows exactly what is required of the job and how to most efficiently execute. Think about it: Shouldn't you be rewarded based on the value you add, instead of the amount of time you spend? If you are more efficient, you should be paid more. But under an hourly rate, you are penalized 50% for being twice as efficient! Compensating for this effect by making the process take longer (to bill for more hours) is suboptimal and wastes both parties’ time.
Hourly rates are best suited to work that:
If you’re in a pinch to hit application targets, you want it done sooner, not later, and you can't afford to take months-long risks on programs that may not (and in most cases probably won't) work. Tutoring companies that charge hourly have no incentive to be efficient. They are actually incentivized to drag the tutoring out as long as possible to earn more dollars. Students are routinely disappointed by going with what appears to be the cheaper option but in reality is the option that won't deliver. You do not want to be in that situation as you approach application deadlines, especially after investing thousands of dollars, months of study, and much of your mental energy.

Hourly rates are best suited to work that:
- Is exploratory and has unclear goals,
- Does not require expertise, and mostly just requires someone to keep an eye on things (so the employer is primarily paying for the time the employee spends watching and responding).
